The Replacement Guarantee
A lead is only useful if it's actually what we said it was. If a lead we send you fails any of the four qualification checks — homeowner status, backyard access, budget band, financing intent — tell us within 5 business days of delivery and we'll replace it with a new qualified lead at no charge. No arguing, no proof required beyond your word.
This is a replacement guarantee, not a refund. Chesapeake Backyard is an advisory and referral service — this guarantee covers the accuracy of the qualification data we hand off, not whether a homeowner ultimately signs a contract with you.
